The Irish Court has referred a total of 11 questions to the CJEU. As there has been no significant change since the 2015 decision (at least in the case of the SCCs), the widely held expectation amongst privacy professionals is that the CJEU will reach a finding to invalidate SCCs. A grace period is not however guaranteed.
