The French Data Protection Supervisory Authority (CNIL) has finally decided to replace its recommendations of 2013 which were no more compliant with the GDPR, by new guidelines. The adoption of the new guidelines is part of the action plan that the CNIL has implemented for 2019-2020 to provide clearer guidance to the marketing community.
