Belgian DPA decision on IAB Transparency and Consent Framework

IAB Europe has 30 days from the date of notification of the decision to file an appeal with the Belgian Market Court, i.e. until the 3rd of March 2022. The complainants argued that it does constitute personal data, while IAB Europe argued that it does not. It is not binding on or opposable to for example publishers or advertisers.
