White House Proposes Cybersecurity Legislation

As we reported last week , on May 12, 2011, the Obama administration announced a comprehensive cybersecurity legislative proposal in a letter to Congress. In some cases, under existing state breach laws, notification is required even if there is no reasonable risk of harm as a result of an information security incident.
