We may need seriously to look at the lack of definition of “substantial public interest” as a basis for processing sensitive data, or even of public interest. Where does paragraph 8 of Schedule 11 come from? I will highlight, rather at random, some other examples which need reflection. Therefore, we need to give reassurance on that.
