Whether the processing of personal data carried out by Facebook complies with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) is, in the opinion of the FCJ, not decisive for the decision of the case. At the end of August 2019, the HRC Düsseldorf granted the latter and ordered the suspensive effect of the appeal.
