Our initial client service engagements—managed offsite storage and retrieval, secure document shredding, digitization, and, recently, electronic redaction—began in March of 2014. One highlight of the leadership briefing was a picture slide that showed a 1994 student paper headline about confidential records found in an open recycle bin.
