What follows below is an edited version of the debate in the House of Lords of the Second Reading of the Data Protection Bill, held on 10 October. Paragraph 4 of Schedule 10 is another place that worries me. Therefore, the wording of paragraph 4 of Schedule 10 seems to be far too wide in the context of the way people use the internet.
