On May 29, 2019, Nevada enacted an amendment to its online privacy law, requiring businesses to offer consumers a right to opt-out of the sale of their personal information. Exempts from deletion personal information needed to complete insurance transactions. Exempts sharing between motor vehicle dealers & manufacturers.
