I was like living in our systems for years and I want to get in some trouble for that. Is hacking a crime? The US Justice Department says it will no longer prosecute good-faith security researchers, but what constitutes good-faith security research? I used to hack the phone company quite a bit. Very thankful for the judges.

In another case, a doctor input his patient's name and their medical condition and asked ChatGPT to craft a letter to the patient's insurance company.
