Introducing the Collaborative ART Archive (CARTA) portal

CARTA has a new portal! You can now browse the web archives of CARTA’s eight Collections created from the seed nominations of 40 member organizations in one convenient portal. Read more about this portal and events surrounding it in this blog post by Thomas Padilla.

Save the date for Archive-It’s Partner Meeting

Archive-It’s annual Partner Meeting returns in person on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 for a half day in Washington, DC. This half day coincides with SAA’s ARCHIVES*RECORDS 2023 conference. More details are coming soon. Watch our events page for full program details, registration, and a request for presentation proposals.

Advancing Library Support for Web Archive Research

Archiving and Data Services hosted two in-person workshops aimed at helping to advance library support for web archive research: Digital Scholarship & the Web and Art Resources on the Web. The first was held at the Association of College & Research Libraries (ACRL) conference in Pittsburgh and the second at the Art Libraries Society of North America (ARLIS) conference in Mexico City.
