Gigaset Android smartphones infected with malware after supply chain attack

A new supply chain attack made the headlines, threat actors compromised at least one update server of smartphone maker Gigaset to deliver malware. In 2018, it had 888 employees, revenue of 280 million Euro and sales activities in approximately 70 countries. Der Android-Update-Server von Gigaset wurde gehackt! Stay Tuned!

Regardless, I did pump out a shorter update with a bunch of bits and pieces that popped up during the week. Firstly, the obnoxious behaviour that is Twitter thread hijacking (think of everything you hate about spam, just distilled down to 280 characters).
