PRO BONO REMOTE WORKSHOPS ON MANAGING ELECTRONIC CONTENT & INFORMATION SYSTEMS FOR NON-PROFITS AND HUMANITARIAN ORGANIZATIONS

As you may know I’ve been advising on managing electronic records & content management systems for many years. Even with good technology, if a process for sharing & implementing collaborative content is not in place, you run a 60-80% chance of failure.

I have a soft spot for non-profits & humanitarian organizations. I’d like to use this time for something positive to help charitable orgs w/o budgets with advisory services to build a plan to implement/organize digital content & get started with a system for remote work.

I’ll be offering free workshops in small groups to help non-profits/humanitarian orgs develop a foundational structure & understanding of what’s required to manage digital records- from building taxonomies, metadata, policies, privacy & project management to selecting & implementing an affordable ECM system.

If interested please message me. If you’re a vendor & can offer a product to non-profits with no/limited budgets let me know. For anyone else interested, I can offer additional workshops/advisory services in a few weeks, but pro bono workshops for charitable orgs will be my focus for the next month.

Just my small way of giving back.
