The MER Conference invites you to consider your students for full-tuition scholarship to this May’s MER Conference. The conference, in its 31st year, continues the mission of equipping records management and information governance practitioners to more meaningfully impact their organization’s business objectives by delivering cutting edge topics from world class thought leaders in the Information Governance space.

In a world where we’ve all been bound by Covid restrictions, this is great opportunity for some of your most deserving students to experience and engage face to face with the best of the industry.
The conference will take place at the Marriott Magnificent Mile Downtown Chicago from May 22-24.
Scholarships are available for students enrolled in graduate level studies in Archives and Records Administration, Library and Information Science or similar degrees. On your recommendation, qualified students will be invited to participate in the MER Conference’s Student Scholar Program.
We believe that fostering engagement across disciplines, industries, and experience levels is one of our greatest attributes and supports our educational mission. Equipping student scholars with roles and opportunities to interact with practitioners is just one way we help develop important relationships; relationships that often become valuable in the future.
On Behalf of the MER Conference, I invite you to recommend up to three of your motivated and deserving students to be considered for this full scholarship to the MER Conference. Registration and meals included, scholarship recipient responsible for travel and lodging.
Students will support the MER team in various roles such as but not limited to:
- assisting attendees at the conference
- serving as room hosts and assisting conference speakers
- attending all networking events
- participating and attending sessions of interest
