[Podcast] What's it like to be a University Records Officer?

Electronic Records Management (ERM)  |  AIIM on Air

We're packing in the fun with this month's podcast episode by exploring 3 important intelligent information management topics.

First, we ask - What’s it like to be a Records Officer at a major college or university? To find out, we talked to Samara Carter, Records Officer at George Mason University who joins us for another AIIM Member Spotlight interview. She stops by the show to share what it’s like to work in records at George Mason, the biggest information challenges she’s working on right now, and her thoughts on being an AIIM member.

Then, we switch gears to an interview with author and futurist Olivier Blanchard to discuss his book HUMAN/MACHINE - The Future Of Our Partnership With Machines. Olivier shares his thoughts on a need for businesses to plan for a future driven by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning.

We finish off the episode with a brief case study. You’ll hear about how Microsoft worked with the global beauty company L’Oréal to help them expand and improve their collaboration and interdepartmental communication with Microsoft Teams.
